Biography

Joe Smith Sr. is a dedicated servant leader, family man, and community-focused individual based in Dublin, Georgia. He is married to Marian Smith, and together they have been blessed with seven children, five daughters and two sons. As an African American man of faith, Joe has deep spiritual roots, having been raised in the Baptist tradition and now serving within the Church of God in Christ (C.O.G.I.C).
